Thermoplastic hose is often a superior alternative to traditional rubber hydraulic hose where reduced weight and increased flexibility are critical, and when a non-conductive version is required. Thermoplastic hose also offers lower permeation and improved system cleanliness compared with rubber hose systems. Synflex thermoplastic hose assemblies are widely utilized on life-saving rescue equipment, non-conductive utility tool supply, foam systems, and in hydro jetting applications. This versatile line can also be bonded into twin and multi-line configurations for custom OEM installations. Danfoss has advanced thermoplastic hose technology with non-stick cover polymers, enhanced kink and abrasion resistance, and the Synflex Optimum line of qualified crimp fittings—engineered to deliver consistent performance in a compact design for improved routing in tight installations.
